These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Orbity (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

The App is a learning support service for engineers. Main features include:

• Provision of learning content in technical fields
• Practice questions and testing functionality
• Recording and managing learning progress
• Streak functionality to support continuous learning

3. Accounts and Devices

The App currently does not require account registration and can be used anonymously on each device. If you change devices, your learning progress will not be transferred.

If account functionality is added in the future, we will notify you separately and new terms may apply.

4. Usage Restrictions

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Unauthorized use of the App's functionality
• Acts that compromise the App's security
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the App's content
• Disassembly, decompilation, or reverse engineering
• Acts that cause inconvenience to other users or third parties
• Acts that violate laws and regulations

5. Content Copyright

All content provided in the App (text, images, questions, explanations, etc.) is owned by Orbity or its licensors. Users may use the content only for personal learning purposes.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.
• The operator is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• The App may change, suspend, or terminate the service without notice.
• The operator is not responsible if the App is unavailable due to failures in external services (such as Supabase).

7. Paid Services (Future)

In the future, we may offer paid services within the App such as:

• Access to premium content
• Use of additional features
• Ad-free experience

When paid services are launched, we will clearly indicate details such as pricing, payment methods, and refund policies.

※Currently, the App is provided completely free of charge and has no billing elements.

8. Service Changes and Termination

The operator may change or terminate the service in the following cases:

• When technical problems occur
• When there are operational reasons
• When there are changes in laws and regulations

We will notify you in advance whenever possible if there are significant changes.

10. Changes to Terms

The operator may change these Terms as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for any disputes related to these Terms.
